Island Voices relies on a wide range of volunteers from within and outside the choir. The gifts of time, expertise and enthusiasm form a strong part of the organization enabling the choir to sing excellent music excellently.

Board
Island Voices is administered by a volunteer board that
- Is committed to the purpose and mission of the organisation.
- Is responsible for the legal and fiduciary aspects of the society.
- Seeks to empower others—musical director, choristers, volunteers, supporters, and audiences.
- Commits to regular board meetings and individual responsibilities.
- Administers the Annual General Meeting of the society.
